What is your minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire length for our standard rates is 3 months. If you would like to hire a cabin for a shorter amount of time get in contact, And we can organize a custom rate.

Will our cabins be able to acces your site?
We currently service south east Auckland but we are always open to enquires, If you are unsure if we can service your location, send us a message.
We currently offer 2 different sizes:
Extra large - 2.4m x 4.8m
Medium - 2.4m x 4.2m
To access your site our cabins will need clearance of at least 2.7m wide and 3.5m high. (If you are unsure about the clearance we can view your property prior to any commitment.
What happens if access is to narrow?
We can arrange a hiab to lift our portable cabins over obstacles such as fences or small buildings, and onto custom foundations if needed.
Does the cabin require a foundation?
How long does it take to deliver once a cabin is ordered.
Our delivery area and costs
How do you handle my information?
Our cabins can be placed directly on the ground, with timber to level them if needed. You may also build your own foundation if you wish at your own cost. (Please note a Hiab may be needed to lift the cabin onto a custom foundation if it is taller than the trailer.)
For an existing cabin, delivery is usually done within 1-5 days of ordering if it is currently in stock. For custom cabins the time from ordering to completion is roughly 4-6 weeks depending on the configuration and supplier times.
We Currently deliver in the Franklin, and South-East Auckland areas. Delivery is $200 within 30km, with an additional $3 a km therefore after. If you would like an accurate quote feel free to get in touch.
